Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the Admit Card of SSC CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level) Examination Tier-I 2019. The exam will be held from 4th March to 26th March 2019. The entire number of 3259 vacancies includes 2359 for postal assistant/ sorting, 898 for Junior Secretariat Assistant/ LDC (Lower Division Clerk) and 2 seats of Data Entry Operator. The Admit card for the upcoming exam will be made available in the February month definitely. It is a compulsory document for all to bring the admit card along with them to the exam venue.

It is important to note that the Staff Selection Commission will not send the SSC CHSL Admit card 2019 for Combined Higher Secondary Level through the post.

The SSC CHSL hall ticket 2019 Tier 1 exam will be distributed through the authoritative web forum of Staff Selection Commission ( The first level examination will be held from 4th to 26th March.

It will only be available on the valid portal of SSC i.e. When you get the admit card on your desktop screen, make sure that it contains all the information concerning the examination correctly. Admit card contains the name, roll number, photograph and sign, exam centre, timing etc.

As we all know that there are 9 regions and all of these have their different official websites. Thus, as per your selected region, you have to step in the portal. The SSC CHSL hall ticket 2019 releasing date is not confirmed and thus aspirants should remain in touch with the portal.


  • Along with the SSC CHSL admit card 2019, candidates also need to bring a photo ID proof with 3 passport size photographs (coloured photo with white background).
  • That ID proof can be a passport, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License etc.
  • Report at the exam centre before the time given on the admit card.
  • Each and every candidate has to bring the admit card to the centre. Otherwise, an entry will not be permitted.

SSC CHSL Tier 1 Exam Pattern

The examination comprises of a total of 100 questions from these sections – Quantitative Aptitude, GI & Reasoning, English Comprehension and General Awareness. Each section carries 25 questions of 50 marks. The exam would be of 200 marks. All the aspirants will be given 1-hour duration. You should fill the ORM sheet as per the instructions are given on SSC CHSL admit card 2019.

Negative Marking: As per the rules, 0.5 marks will be deducted from that question if you have attempted it incorrectly.

As per the previous records, candidates should acquire marks higher than 120.
